Terms of Service

-All payments must be made upfront in Euro, via Paypal, and paid within 24 hours of receiving the invoice. I do not accept dA points as payment at this time.-Once I have started working on your order, refunds are no longer possible. If work has not begun, you may request a full refund, minus Paypal transaction fees.-For Lined art and above, you will receive a sketch to approve. At this point, you may request changes.-You must provide a drawn reference of your character. I do not work from text descriptions unless we've discussed this prior. If you only have a written reference, please contact me via notes to discuss what is possible.-For design orders, you may not resell it for more than what you paid, unless you have commissioned additional art of the design.-You may not edit my original art and you may not remove my signature. You must credit me in the description if there is no signature on the art.-You are free to share your commission on DeviantArt, FurAffinity (my user is Hedja), Toyhouse (user is SagaWolf), and social media, as long as you credit and link to at least one of my sites.-Commercial use of my art is not allowed unless discussed/negotiated beforehand.-Complex designs and/or extra limbs will cost extra. Judged case by case. This includes props: Vehicles, furniture, stacks of books, and so on. Pets and companion critters are charged as separate characters.-Regarding Blockchain Technology: Nothing made by me may be used in any blockchain-related technology, to include NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.-Regarding AI Technology: Nothing made by me may be used to train AI models or future inventions in the space.
